A practice, not a program.
Cornerstone Practice was founded in 2026 to bring the rigor of evidence-based practice into the work of faith communities — without flattening the theology that animates them.
What we believe.
Care offered in faith should be care that holds up — under biblical scrutiny, under operational scrutiny, and under the weight of the people it serves.
Theology comes first.
We don't bolt evidence onto ministry. We let theology set the why, then bring the best of practice science to the how.
Outcomes are pastoral.
Measuring what happens to the people in your care is not corporate — it's faithful. You cannot shepherd what you refuse to count.
Small, well-built, slow.
We work with a limited number of partners each year so the work goes deep. We'd rather build twelve programs that hold than scale a hundred that don't.
The artifact is the proof.
Every engagement produces named, brandable artifacts your board can hold. No slide decks left behind — only things you'll actually use.
I built Cornerstone Practice because I kept watching faith communities carry extraordinary weight with tools that weren't built for the load. This is the firm I wished existed when I was on the inside.
